Beauty ideals transcend beyond cultures, time and place – and continue to evolve and assert dominance over women today.
ShiNiDe (It's Yours) is the conceptual result that blends elements of femininity in Chinese history to create a new aesthetic, calling into question the purpose of beauty standards.
Beauty is pleasure; beauty is pain. Ultimately, it’s what we allow it to be.
