Isobel Winter Slumber

Time and time again I go into these moods best expressed by females I draw….not sure what this one says at this point but give me a few years to reflect.

Eliot’s Favorite Things

For El’s birthday, I made a poster of him and all of his favorite things. I must say this is one of my favorite personal projects, but the past birthday presents I’ve given him have been pretty cool too, not gonna lie. Now it’s time to brainstorm on how to top myself next year….

Illustrated Characters

Finally now that this project is wrapped up, I am able to present to you all of the little characters I made for a major coffee company. I was asked to create some cute illustrations for dessert, coffee and various international (mainly China) ‘figurines’ for an interactive wall at various locations around the world. These little guys were what I came up with. One of my favorite projects thus far.

Love You My Deer

I have been busy making fun cards for different occasions. One weekend after feeling rejuvenated by nature, feeling loved and warm at the same time, I decided to make a card inspired by one of sweetest, yet simplest sayings – I love you my dear.
Just in time for valentine’s day, send this to your brother, sister, mother, friend! :)

You Are Maturing Nicely – birthday card

Perhaps the best way to wish a happy birthday – this was inspired by my favorite childhood tale and paired with a card I made for a friend, I decided to make this available for everyone. Pick yours up at my etsy store and let your friend know what a swan he/she has become.

I Just Wanna Love You

Perfect for valentine’s or any other day…these are now available at my etsy store – or if you are in the portland area, at crafty wonderland! give the pug some love.

CONGRATS! one card fits all now in store

The third in the series One Card Fits All. Now available in my etsy store :)

Splendid Decay

I have been MIA because I have been in the lovely chicago. For the few days out of the city I am at Eliot’s family prairie, where his mom has collected antelope, cow and horse skulls from colorado and have placed some of them as means to scare deer from eating the plants. I love the beautiful structure of this decay: the stone, polished teeth and jawline, the hollow and intricate crevasses…and something haunting, yet humanlike about these animal skulls that really take me away.
